For additional cleanings during your stay, please let me know and a service can be arranged for a fee. You\`ll have access to the entire house except for the following: \- Small closet in front of house (maid closet). \- Attached shed in the carport area. I\`m available most times if needed. This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with a great park within walking distance (300 yards). The park is called Wirz park and it features the following: Fields, Basketball Court, Nature Trail, Playground, 2 Pavilions, Restrooms, Swimming Pool (Wirz Park improvements will begin in Spring 2023\. The entire park will remain closed until all construction is complete in 2024.) In the morning and evening you can find people walking their dog(s), biking or walking throughout the neighborhood. It is centrally located on the corner of Red Bug Lake Road and Semoran Road (436) and is close to too many things to list. The driveway is very large and can fit 6-7 vehicles. The home is located in a quiet residential area. Guests are encouraged to walk around in the evening. Public transportation is available by in the Casselberry area via the Lynx system. Visit GoLynx dot com for more information. The RideShare services Lyft & Uber are available in the area, should you wish to travel by car. Major car rental companies are also available in the surrounding area. The nearest airport is the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is an \~25 mile | 35 minute drive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds at any time. If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees). 1\. No Drugs (Penalty for breaking this rule is a $250 deep cleaning fee and loss of booking and yes, this includes marijuana). 2\. Outside Quiet Hours from 11 pm - 7 am. (Please respect my neighbors. We brought my parents and my husband’s parents to visit our son in his new town of Winter Springs/Casselberry area. Highly recommend this place! Host is kind and attentive. Everything was as advertised! Very clean and decorated really nice! Beds were so comfy. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool but the back yard was great for family time sitting under the pergola lights at night! We plan to return for our next visit! By making previous arrangements with Jeremy we were able to host a rehearsal dinner celebration. The pictures in the listing are exactly as the home is. The house is very spacious, wonderfully decorated, very well maintained and extremely comfortable. We, and our guests, enjoyed the outdoor area and hot tub as well. Any issues that we encountered were immediately taken care of by Jeremy. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The only thing negative that I can mention is the lack of some basic kitchen utensils (hand mixer, cheese grater, metal tongs). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we found the location perfect for our needs. We would highly recommend this rental for families or couples. This is a beautifully remodeled home with a “farm house” style interior and all new kitchen appliances. It’s super clean and it was perfect for our 7 adults attending UCF graduation. The neighborhood felt very safe, even met a few of the neighbors, and was great for a morning jog. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. ##### rob w. Everything was fabulous in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wall air conditioners worked well. Master bathroom AMAZING. The waterfall shower was a real treat. A few small issues: master bedroom barn door wouldn’t stay open which was a huge problem for my blind dog. Also, the grass outside was terrible. No real grass at all, none of the neighbors had normal grass either. The grass was all burned and dry which was horrible for my dogs. They refused to walk on it which made it extremely difficult.
