The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was gorgeous. Free parking right outside. The town of caslano was beautiful, lovely circuit walk right from the hotel and we walked down to the historic centre at night to eat takeaway pizza at the side of the lake, as well as eating in the grotto opposite. Also you can hire a boat down by the lake which was a highlight. Not far to drive to Lugano or morcote or you can get the train easily. La chambre était propre et le nécessaire était là. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable. Zimmer sind viel zu klein. Schöne Poolanlage. Es hat eine Hotelbar, welche leider um 22.00 Uhr schliesst. Dies ist aber auch verständlich bei der Grösse des Hotels.
