Down the stairs, guests will find the primary suite with another mountain view balcony, king-size bed, convertible fold-out twin bed, walk-in closet and a full bath with a separate jet tub and walk-in shower. Kitchen was well equipped except we purchased place mats and coasters. There was also a bad smell coming from the drawer that had the silverware. We took everything out and cleaned it but to no resolve. Also, someone in the neighborhood left a pile of trash in front of the garbage cans. It was there for weeks and other people contributed to the pile of trash which then brought a bear. We were without water for 12 hours but were not given advanced warning. The owners were made aware but didn’t tell us until we called them. One day the battery in the lock on the door was going dead and the owner did not have a replacement battery. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the home's location was ideal—conveniently close to nearby attractions.We took full advantage of the community amenities, including the gym, pool, and dog park. The cost of the guest passes was very reasonable considering the quality and variety of facilities available.The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, and the home itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and extremely comfortable. Each evening, we enjoyed stunning sunsets from the deck—a perfect way to unwind.This immaculate home is perfect for both couples and families. Kids enjoyed the resort amenities that were fairly close by. Beautiful mountain view and sunset view. Loft bedroom is quite small with queen and bunks (great for small kids though) and took a little extra effort to keep at a cool temp, but I had 2 teenage noys in that room. It does have a half bath which was nice. Very quiet neighborhood and townhome. Vrbo listed checkout as 11am, flyer in the home said 10 which I noticed as we were following checkout instructions. I believe it was intended to be 10 since the cleaning staff was waiting for me to leave when I packed the car at 10:15\. Amenities very reasonably priced and nothing was very crowded.
