Absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet town away from it all. Staff is amazing. Loved the small but tasty breakfast included with the stay. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.

Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

Beautiful hotel in the premium to luxury segment, modern room, splendid design, quality, the bed was amazing and the staff so courteous, friendly and warm in every possible way. Location was ok for my needs 10 minute walk to mall and park near river. Tidy room but single bed was very small and not the most comfortable bed I have ever slept inn but there were no double rooms when I booked. Breakfast is basic but ok staff were helpful , free parking is always good.
