"Staff is slow at the restaurants and could be friendly along with a couple of gals that did room service as far as friendliness. Rooms are a bit dated but hotel is pretty. The popcorn was awful at the movies but really fun thing to do as far as watching movies there."

"they have closed all of the alternative entries to the hotel which is the big inconvenience because you have to walk in and out of the front lobby only other than that everything was great"

The three elevators were small, which was hard if you were bringing a cart up or down, but even with 17 floors, it was quick to get around. Parking was $30, but that’s the going rate downtown. Parking was easy, super safe, and convenient. Breakfast was excellent! Huge variation, really well done. Rooms was nice, small and older, but well kept and maintained. Would have liked a microwave. "
