Cozy, renovated year-round, riverfront house located in the heart of downtown Caseville.

Walk to the County Beach, Park, Party Store, Dairy Queen, and bars & restaurants in town. Grab your blanket/chairs & cooler and enjoy the festivals held at the County Park.

Located in a quiet subdivision on the Pigeon River, leading to the marinas & the break wall. Close to everything, yet plenty of privacy in the yard.

Our Renovated year-round home has an open concept floor plan with a unique, coastal theme. The House has central air & heating, as well as, ceiling fans, if you prefer fresh air.

Large master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining enclosed screened porch leading to the waterfront deck. The Enclosed Porch is great for enjoying meals, playing cards at night, or enjoying morning coffee. There’s a mini fridge & seating for six.

We have 1 spacious bedroom, with a queen bed. There is also a Queen Sleeper sofa for 2 more guests in the living room. Additionally, we offer a queen size King Coil Supreme blow-up mattress for 2 more, which can be placed in either the bedroom, or the living room, as well. (Sleeping for 6 total.)

We have city water - no well water taste, or smell! Relax in the jet bathtub.

We can provide a pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, & baby gate, at no extra charge. Let us know in advance what is needed.

Enjoy the view of the river from either the deck, screened-in porch, or the back lawn. Drop your fishing pole out the door on our new 2024 dock. (Our Dock is not set up yet to launch kayaks or canoes.)

Backyard boasts a fire pit & chairs; propane gas BBQ grill, patio furniture on the deck facing the river, great cornhole set & more.

Extras: there are (4) bicycles for your use to explore the town.

New 2024: enjoy the rec room in the partially finished basement - foosball table, high top table & chairs &. Sofa (TV coming soon). We have a small collection of DVD's, books, games & puzzles for indoor entertainment, in addition to HD Cable /streaming TV & Wi-Fi.

Contactless check-in / check-out & enhanced cleaning methods followed.

We will consider your potty-trained family pet, depending on breed. Please send an INQUIRY PRIOR to booking stating breed. Although the yard is not fenced, the deck is fully enclosed. Pet fee applies.

We are hands-on proprietors. We don’t manage our business with a property manager, nor manage from afar, & it shows. We take pride in providing you the best vacation venue possible for making memories.
