A Great view of firework festivities and break wall from the beach. The house is not directly on the water but located on water side of M-25 about 75 yards to the water with a private beach access. Spacious parking for multiple vehicles. Picnic table and gas grill available. The house has room for 9 guests and is fully furnished. The house is a perfect getaway being close to shopping and restaurants downtown. We didn't have to cross the main road to get to the beach, there was a stairway to walk down to the beach. The firepit and chairs were set up on the beach. The only negative part was the small swampy part of the beach that we had to walk through to get to the water. A neighbor said that was because the water level was down right now. We all had glowing reviews and thought the property was very clean, spacious, and guest friendly. There was tons of room and many things left in the house to do. The owners did a great job communicating and left a helpful booklet with the property rules and things to do in the area. We stayed during October so I cannot speak to this directly, but I am sure that in the summer this is an amazing spot to stay since it is right next to the lake, beach, and fire pit.
