Discover this haven of peace in northern Martinique, a single-storey villa with sea views set in enclosed grounds accessed by a gate. Enjoy a bright living space comprising a lounge with TV area (Box Orange) and two comfortable sofas. The open-plan kitchen opens onto the living room with terrace views, creating a friendly, welcoming space.  
Outside, the covered terrace with dining area and pergola with outdoor seating area offer uninterrupted views of the pool, Case Pilote bay and the sea. The swimming pool and its deckchairs invite you to relax under the sun. For barbecue enthusiasts, charcoal-burning equipment is available. Guest toilets are also available.  
This villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with dressing rooms and double beds (160), one of which has a king-size bed. Two bathrooms with walk-in shower and WC complete the interior layout.   
Located just 5 minutes by car from the beach in the village of Case Pilote and 16 minutes from Plage du Coin in Le Carbet, this villa offers breathtaking views over the countryside and the sea, guaranteeing you an unforgettable stay.  
Facilities include: hoover, kettle, sun loungers, air conditioning, freezer, iron and ironing board, oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, linen, desk area, coffee machine, microwave, barbecue, free on-site parking, hairdryer, sea view and Wi-Fi.

Villa Kimloa is located 24.7 kilometers from Aimé Césaire International Airport. Leaving the airport, take the A1 towards Fort de France, Saint Pierre, continue on the dual carriageway to Schoelcher, and proceed towards Saint Pierre. After 10.8 km, turn right at the sign for Les Hauts de Maniba, take the first street on the right, then right again, and the villa will be on your left. You will recognize it by the dark gray gate.
