The gym was small, some equipment but cross trainer was broken and no water cooler or mats. Room was lovely, and shower was great too. Location is nearby metro, supermarkets, restaurants.

This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

This hotel stay was very good. Location was excellent, close to everything , walking distance to shopping, nice restaurants, and big train station.
Bathroom was a bit odd, glass doors to shower with three people was a bit uncomfortable. Was clean and comfortable otherwise.
