This Cascade cabin is adjacent to public land and is situated on nearly 1.5 acres. This cabin was recently remodeled and has a master bedroom on the main floor. Easy access to the covered deck from the sliding glass doors in the dining room or the master bedroom. Enjoy the deck furniture, barbeque and west-side deck shades. This newly remodeled two story home has four bedroom areas and three baths, with a large wrap-around deck that overlooks the la The entire home and property are available for guest use, except for a few locked closets Private home overlooking Lake Cascade Valley County offers free public transportation, but a car is recommended. Thank you for considering us for your vacation! Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues. Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers. Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) The home is well equipped to cook and relax, or you can go on a short, easy walk to the lakeshore. We loved everything about this home and our stay, including simple check in and check out . Very steep, we where not able to park our enclosed trailer at the house due to the main road ( not the driveway to the house) being slick from recent snow and could not get it backed into the pad up top. House was clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy and plenty for everyone. We parked a large trailer for side x sides, a large boat and several vehicles in the driveway with room to spare. The view was gorgeous and we loved being so close to the golf course and marina.
