"LA SOPPRESSA" WITH HEATED POOL

In an old mill, once used for the pressing of the olives of our land, you will find an apartment built in the "Soppressa", the place where the production of the oil took place and that with care, passion and respect for our past traditions we have kept intact all the tools in this old mill. Inside the apartment, divided over two floors, you will find: on the ground floor the kitchen / living room with the old stone mill and its wooden and iron gears, the press for squeezing, both completely renovated and incorporated into all this which serves for a living room with all comforts, an equipped kitchen, a relaxation corner with sofa / bed and TV.
An iron, wood and glass staircase leads to the first floor, very characteristic for its atmosphere, given by the sloping roof, skylights and wooden furniture, by the attention to detail that make the house not only a place short holiday but a corner in which to feel at ease.
A large bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine complete the upper floor.
We have set up a corner of the outdoor area with a gazebo, table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.
A large private parking leads to the property with a short and comfortable staircase.
The house is located in a quiet and sunny position about 1.2 km from the center of Casarza Ligure, about 7 minutes from the motorway exit and 12 minutes from the center of Sestri Levante.
The beaches of Sestri Levante and Riva Trigoso are about 10 minutes by car or bus or easily reachable also with the cycle path that starts from the center of Casarza Ligure.
From the Sestri Levante railway station, reachable in about ten minutes, you can leave for trips to Genoa, characteristic for its historic center and the aquarium, Camogli and the famous Cinque Terre, the latter also reachable by boat starting from small port of Sestri Levante.
Our land is not just sea; a rich hinterland with small villages, testimonies of a rural culture still alive, such as the Val di Vara or Valle del Biologico and its main center Varese Ligure, the Val D'Aveto with Santo Stefano D'Aveto, represent alternative and pleasant destinations during the stay.
In addition, a rich network of paths, some breathtaking overlooking the sea, others in the green of our valleys represent a pleasant activity for those who love walking and at the same time admiring our coast.
