Open, modern, fully equipped and airy throughout with a sitting area/deck that welcomes the fresh air and the sunshine- not to mention amazing sunsets. "Richard was quick to reply to my questions and very kind to let us have an early check in. The villa is stunning with tons of space and plenty of things to keep the kids busy. The villa is a ten minute drive from Estepona old town, which is beautiful, loved eating out there. Our only complaint would be the pool maintenance guy took a whole day to clean the pool. He left all the cleaning equipment in the pool and disappeared for the day. We mentioned it to Rebecca and she quickly chases him...

"This villa is definitely a home from home. You can tell when owners use their property as it was so well equipped. There are 2 very good size double bedrooms and 2 smaller double bedrooms, all with their own ensuite or separate bathroom. The living area is also a great size for a large group. We were very lucky with the weather which enabled us to make full use of the outside space. The gardens are beautiful and were in full colour. The grounds are very secure, so no chance of any child...

"Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great...

"Beautiful beach area. Beach itself not very good. Estapona is a nice mix of city amenities with small town feel. Apartment perfect. Clean, spacious, well appointed and private balcony in a very nice development. Disappointed that the pool was not open."

"Lovely clean apartment, we arrived late and was met by Giorgio who showed us around, lovely balcony and little garden, we had a small plumbing problem which was fixed instantly, would highly recommend future visitors, but you will need a car for shopping, the walk down to Sabinnilas was a good work out and along the promenade was lovely but I like walking, will probably rent again as we are always in the area on business."
