Located on the Costa del Sol, this spacious two-bedroom penthouse offers a large private terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar, and Africa. Just 10 min from Estepona and 20 from Sotogrande, it features high-speed internet, two bathrooms, private parking, BBQ, and pool access. Fully equipped for comfort in a quiet, gated community, it ensures a peaceful stay and is only a 5-minute walk from golf courses, perfect for relaxation and leisure.  
The space  
This modern and well-equipped penthouse is ideal for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. It can accommodate up to four guests in its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a huge terrace with BBQ, boasting breathtaking sea and mountain views.  
  
The spacious living room features a large 65-inch Smart TV for your entertainment, and the home is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic internet at 600 Mbps.  
  
The gated community boasts a vast array of amenities for your enjoyment. Notably, a beautiful swimming pool (seasonal) is available to cool off on hot summer days. Additionally, underground parking with direct access to elevator is provided for your convenience and security.
