This unique studio is triple-insulated and perfect for couples without a car.  
  
 Its central location places you close to restaurants and the city’s vibrant life.  
  
 The rooftop is fully private: the terrace includes 2 outdoor chairs, a small table with an ashtray, and a covered outdoor armchair.  
  
Light the candles on the terrace and enjoy a beautiful experience.  
Better yet, leave your car behind and enjoy the city center— the beach is only 10 dirhams (€1) away by taxi. The terrace measures 5m x 5m.  
  
The apartment is triple-insulated for both sound and thermal comfort.  
  
The kitchen overlooks the terrace and includes: a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, stovetop, and oven.  
  
The shower and bathtub offer a view of the terrace with complete privacy.  
  
Other notes:  
Not everyone in the building is on vacation. Please respect the neighbors by keeping quiet in shared spaces, elevators, and hallways.  
  
No loud parties, no drugs.  
No noise between 10 PM and 9 AM.
