Enjoy a feeling of luxury and experience the convenience of the comfortable, spacious apartment on one of the most beautiful sites in Casablanca. The apartment is located on the edge of the city center and a few steps from the sea.  
  
This apartment is for personal use purchased by a Dutchman as a base in Casablanca, Morocco.  
  
The object is now also available for people who want to explore the city and the countryside, and after a busy day of varied experiences of being able to rest in a luxurious place of European level.  
  
The building is located on the outskirts of the city center, in the Burgundy district and 150 meters from the sea. The Great Mosque is a 10-minute walk, the center a 20-minute walk. As the apartment is on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator) you can see the famous Hassan II mosque from the apartment. If you come by car you can park it for free in the private parking garage.  
  
The property occupies 90m2 and has two bedrooms, a bathroom with jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace. The house is fully equipped with hot / cold air conditioning. The interior is luxurious and fully equipped with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. The apartment has a balcony with a table and 4 chairs.  
  
The rooms are for 4 people. In one bedroom, there is a luxury double bed with two mattresses and two duvets. In the other bedroom there are two beds. Both bedrooms have ample space for luggage. A luxury inflatable mattress, which can be made up like a normal bed, can be placed for a fifth bed. Use of the air mattress for a 5th person costs 5 euros per night and can be paid for on site.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, good quality modern pots and dishes, wine glasses and cutlery. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.  
  
The modern bathroom has a sink, jetted tub and toilet. In the entrance there is also the main toilet.  
  
You do not need to bring linens. All necessary linen, including bedding, towels, washcloths, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen towels is included in the price and is changed weekly.  
  
There is also a baby cot (free) and a high chair.  
  
On your arrival in the apartment there will be a Moroccan manager speaking French and English. This manager (Abdeslam) is a personal friend of the owner and therefore a family. He will receive you on arrival. For any question or problem, please contact him. He and his wife will provide you with clean sheets, they also do the final cleaning which is included etc.  
  
The apartment belongs to an owner who regularly resides in Morocco and was therefore not bought only for rental purposes. Everything in the house was chosen for personal use. The owner offers you the possibility of renting the house for a reasonable price, but requests that you take care of this place during your stay.  
  
The deposit is fixed at € 250.00 per booking. The deposit you have paid as well as the amount of the remaining rent will be paid to Abdeslam upon arrival. Upon departure, the apartment will be checked and you will receive this money, if the inventory is adequate.

We had a lovely stay in Ronald’s apartment. The location is perfect to visit Hasan II Mosque and have a walk on the corniche. It is also close to all amenities. At our arrival we were welcomed by Ronald’s friend Abdelsalam, who showed great hospitality and was very thoughtful throughout our stay. A crib and a high chair were provided for our 1yo son. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Casablanca.

Appartement très bien placé ,doté d un bon confort et décoré avec goût . Le charme et l authenticité du Maroc e t le confort auquel nous sommes habitués. Le tout dans un climat de confiance avec le propriétaire Ronald et l excellent contact que j ai eu sur place avec Abdel Sam . Nous avons séjourné, ma femme, moi et mon bébé de 6 mois pendant 23 jours dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait et au-delà de nos attentes. L'appartement, en tout point conforme à la description, est très luxueux, très calme et bien situé. Ronald a étė très gentil et généreux de ses conseils et son ami sur place, Abdesslam, a été extrêmement gentil, fiable et serviable ! On recommande cette location sans aucune hésitation et on reviendra surement dès notre prochain passage à Casablanca !

I had an enjoyable stay at the apartment, location is great, close to waterfront where the restaurants and businesses are. I felt secure, quite most of the time. The apartment was well furnitured, nicely decorated, and all amenities that I will ever use were available.

#### Good Accommodations for small family

Ronald and Abdesalem were lovely to work with and promptly replied to all communications. The property is in a safe, convenient location. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. Though we were concerned that there was only one mounted A/C unit for the entire apartment, it cooled the place quickly and worked well. Having an in-house laundry machine was a plus. I would suggest replacing the linens/towels and washing the sofa covers as these tend to get stained and worn out over time. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay!

#### Casablanca at Ramadan

The apartment was very nice. Our host, Abdeslam was terrific! He was so kind and helpful. He had good suggestions of things to see and do. We were unaware of Ramadan and that so many places would be closed until late evening (7pm), especially markets, bakeries and restaurants. But on arrival Abdeslam kindly informed us of the Ramadan traditions. The Hassan Mosque is quite a sight and the Habous market was an experience! The boardwalk along the waterfront was a great place to see fishermen, great waves, and many people and families playing and enjoying life. The air pollution was rather unpleasant however. The train was very easy to use for our day long excursions - one day to Marrakech and one day to Rabat. We would have liked to go to Fez but did not have time.

#### Great place in quiet neighborhood

Ronald and Abdeslam were excellent hosts with great communication, which was very comforting for my first trip to Morocco. A friend of mine who speaks French made the check-in process a little easier when I arrived on-site, but doing it all in English would have been sufficient. When you arrive, you may be approached by the security guards for the building if Abdeslam isn't immediately on the street. They are friendly. The place itself was very nice and covered all my needs. It would be great for a family of up to four people: there is one main bed (I think a queen?) and there are two single beds. Thank you Ronald and Abdeslam!

#### Great location.

Loved our location. Close to the ocean and Hassan 11 Mosque. Ronald is a pleasure to deal with. He kept in contact with us and made sure we would have no problems contacting Abdeslam to get the key and prime information. Ronald helped me a few times when I had tech problems. Very grateful for his patience. Abdeslam greeted us at the entrance and explained everything we needed to know and made us feel very welcome. Very clean and well decorated. Was such a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend! Great experience!

#### Immaculate apartment in near ocean

We enjoyed the lovely apartment. The Hassan mosque was our landmark as we explored Casablanca, constantly losing our way on the mosaic streets. Always glad to be back in the clean respite of the apartment.

This apartment was a 5 minute walk to the mosque and really a great location while in casablanca. I walked everywhere in the city with no problems. the restaurant that is attached is NOT GOOD. Go to any of the neighboring ones but not the one attached to this building.

#### Incredible Apartment - Amazing Stay A++++

The apartment is in a great and safe location in Casablanca - even more beautiful than the pictures (especially the cozy balcony off the master bedroom), walking distance to the big mosque and the sea. Communication with Ronald was super easy and he provided us with a lot of information up front (ie. how to get to the apartment and without getting ripped off). We were welcomed by Abdeslam (Ronald's family friend), he helped us with our bags, explained everything about the neighborhood and the apartment and was ready to answer any questions throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, we were able to find everything we needed in walking distance (groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, bank and money exchange, coffee, restaurants, etc). We had a fabulous time and will be back for sure. Thank so much Ronald and Abdeslam!!!
