Filled with pop culture and music themes throughout, you will love the various art pieces that feature David Bowie, Grace Jones, Dolly Parton, 1950s-60s Hollywood stars like Rock Hudson, Ava Gardner, Lana Turner, and Andy Warhol's Mickey Mouse. Not to mention, a record player awaits to play some vintage and not-so-vintage vinyl to really set the mood. When days heat up, step out to the gorgeous backyard oasis, and take a dip in the private saltwater pool, or simply bask in the sunshine with a good cocktail in hand. When the sun dips behind the mountain range gather around the fire pit to continue the enjoyment that this wonderful area has to offer. Though a full kitchen awaits inside, you can stay in the fresh air to have a cookout on the gas propane grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table. The Primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, decorative artwork, and a work desk. The second guest room also features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, and shares the hallway bathroom that showcases a shower/tub combo. Situated in Demuth Park, an authentic neighborhood, you will feel like a local in no time with access to a plethora of parks and trails. When you want to venture into downtown, make the short three-and-a-half mile drive to Indian Canyon Drive and pop into the local restaurants, shops, and bars that make this desert city so special. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy. Clean, upkept interior furniture, spacious main area and kitchen. Beautiful and relaxing backyard, but some of the cushions are stained and tables getting rusty. A few simple upgrades to the cushions and outdoor furniture would make this area go from average to outstanding. We paid to have the spa heated for our 4 night stay. It did not heat up properly and we needed to call the property management team multiple times. Told us to wait 40 minutes for it to heat up and still did not warm. Called again and they were able to log in remotely and get it going, but by the time it was warm, 2 hours had passed and timing no longer worked with our schedule. It worked on night 2, then did not work on night 3\. We called, they sent a repair person the morning of day 4\. When we went to use on the afternoon of day 4, it was not working again. They sent the tech back out and got it working. The property management team was very responsive, but we were only able to use it 2 of our 4 days in the property. If having a reliable spa/hot tub is a priority for you, don't stay here. Otherwise we would recommend. BTW, the city noise ordinance is real.
