Whether you want to enjoy majestic Norris Lake or you want to explore the acres of nearby ATV off-roading, this home is in a convenient location for a getaway anytime throughout the year. This beautiful lakefront house, just a few miles off of I-75, is ideal for group vacationers and family trips. With 3000 square feet of living space, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your home away from home. When you enter on the main level, easily accessible by a ramp or just a few steps, you will be greeted with a spacious great room complete with hardwood floors, stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, new furniture and an abundance of windows looking out onto beautiful Norris Lake. Just off of the great room, you will find the fully equipped functional kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Pots/pans, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils are all available to use. Take in a meal at the kitchen counter, or one at one of the 2 large dining tables. There is plenty of room for all! Walk past the kitchen and you will find 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart tv, and new carpeting. These bedrooms are easily accessible and ensures that anyone needing to navigate less steps is always close to the action. The main floor bathroom contains a shower/tub combination. The deck off the main level boasts a beautiful covered outdoor kitchen overlooking Norris Lake. This is complete with 2 gas grills, a sink, stovetop, a mini refrigerator, lighting, built-in torches, Bluetooth speakers and plenty of outdoor seating. This concrete deck is a dream for people who want to take in the beauty that Norris Lake offers or dine and relax after a long day on the lake or the nearby trails. On the upper level that overlooks the great room, you will find the newly remodeled master suite through ornate French doors. A balcony overlooking the back of the house is a great place to relax with your morning coffee as you gaze at the glorious views of the lake. Explore the lower level family room and you will find a stone fireplace and pool table with a new 2000+ multicade full size arcade game. The sitting area with a new large sectional sofa surrounds a new 70 inch smart TV. Our newly remodeled bunk rooms sleep 4 each with full size bunk beds in each. They are connected with a pocket door that you can open for a larger room or close for more privacy. This level also has a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a second refrigerator for you convenience. Walk out of the basement and onto the porch with additional seating overlooking the lake for additional relaxation. If you want to be closer to the water, you can congregate at the firepit with a bonfire after your day on the lake or your off-road adventure. The dock can be easily accessed down some steps at a gentle incline. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF STEPS TO THE LAKE! The brand new covered dock has 2 slips and 2 jet ski ports. Use our recently added slide or jump in the water and enjoy a swim off our dock! There is a ton parking on the side of the house, a dedicated driveway, and additional parking in the back next to the firepit area. You are only about 10 miles from Windrock Park - G52,G54 trails for acres of off-road fun! Ride direct to the trailheads! Close to Royal Blue and Brimstone as well. Enjoy shopping, shows, and other attractions in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which are only about 1.5 hours away and makes for a great day trip. Excellent high speed wireless internet and cell service at this location. This is a non-smoking home, no pets, and minimum age of 25 years for renter responsibility. We have been coming to Norris lake for over 30 years and rented from the same owner for a decade until he decided to make his rental his permanent home. We thought we would never find another place that had all the amenities that we wanted but this place actually topped it. We are in route back to Columbus Ohio completely exhausted and totally fulfill from the amazing week that we had. If you enjoy swimming off an amazing dock, fishing, boating, skiing, wakeboarding, making s'mores by the camp fire, listening to music, playing cards and games, listenig to a band at a local marina and rellaxing and bonding with your family then this is the place for you. We visited Norris Lake and stayed at this rental two years ago and we constantly talked about it being the best family trip we've taken, so we decided to do it again. The location of the house is amazing, perfect size for our big group, has limited steps down to the dock (compared to the other houses along the lake). The views are amazing, outdoor kitchen and fire pit is awesome. Our group had the best time. We rented a boat and jet ski from Twin Cove Marina and spent every day out on the water. The slide off the dock allowed for the kids to play without taking the boat out and for our group to fish in the mornings and evenings. If you like stress-free, low key on the water vacations, Norris Lake is the place for you. And this house made everything easy. The owner was very communicative before check in and easy to work with. Completely worth it! If you have this house saved on VRBO, just book it already! I could see us coming back in another couple years again. Thank you for the amazing memories. We had 9 people and we had plenty of space. The kids played hide and seek and loved the downstairs space. Everything was very cozy and clean, very clean. Laundry on site is a must for our vacations with kids. There are more than enough bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked fully. The outside kitchen was an absolute dream, the dock is perfect, I just cannot say enough good things about this property. It’s absolutely perfect. ##### Sarah V. My family does lake house rentals multiple times per year and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed at! We brought our 21' boat and 2 jet skis; the dock was great and had room for more! Also something to note, we had 3 trucks all with trailers and we had plenty of parking right there at the house. This was exceptional as most TN lakefront homes are very limited on parking; this one does not have that problem! The home was very clean, bedrooms and kitchen were fantastic. I had to stretch to find anything negative... The ice maker did not work in the fridge, but there were plenty of ice trays to compensate. We had two 7yr old kids with us that loved the downstairs bunk room and game room. Also the outdoor grill area was fantastic, we used it multiple times. There is a private boat ramp right next to the home, but it is very steep, so we decided to go to the Marina to launch which was less than 10 mins away. Next time we are back at Norris Lake we will be staying here again! ##### Joe R. We have been coming to Norris lake for over 25 years and this house exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and had everything our family needed. The outside kirchen was an awesome place to gather but the dock trumped the kitchen .It was huge with high ceiling and slide and lit up in the evening. The only little thing I think the house could use is more storage for unrefridgerate snacks and food..The grandkids loved the bunk rooms ,gaming station and pool table. Thanks Colleen for allowing us to rent your home.
