« Staff was helpful on check in. Bed had a dent in the middle like it had no box spring or support underneath or the mattress was just heavily worn. Parking was easy. Coffee in the morning was bland and tastless. I stayed here one night just passing through and would do it again but not the best experience »

« Overall, the hotel is decent no frills accomodations. Spotlessly clean, quiet. We didn't find out until arriving that there's no elevator, just stairs, so if you're mobility impaired, this is not the place for you. Would I recommend? For a quick stop over, sure, but not for an entire week or vacation. The A/C works but doesn't cool as quickly or as much as it should. Breakfast was decent, especially at this price point. Waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy. Mediocre coffee but several coffee shops...

« Check in got pushed back an hour due to the cleaning person running late. Had to reach out to the host after 2 hours to see if it was available, then got a response an hour later that it was. (So check in was 3 hours after it was supposed to be) Towels in the home were BROWN/DIRTY. Didn’t feel comfortable using anything. I just slept in the bed for the one night and left early next morning. Wouldn’t recommend. »

« It was Sunday evening and we ordered a soup and a salad (only one of each)in the dining room. It was an hour before they arrived . No explanation . We were told an old fashioned wake up call was scheduled but it never came. We had a very early appointment in Pottsboro which we made on time anyway. not the expected service for sure. »
