Welcome to a cozy, character-filled retreat with a charming vintage vibe! Nestled on a spacious, scenic lot, this home offers ample space for relaxation and unwinding. Experience the warmth and comfort of a shabby-chic, vintage-inspired interior that’s both inviting and full of personality. While this home exudes coziness, it also embraces some unique imperfections that add to its charm. Guest access  
Guests will be given a code to enter at the time of booking in the welcome letter and a reminder message sent to the guest 60 minutes before the 4PM check-in time. The door automatically locks after 30 seconds for Guests' security.  
Other things to note  
GPS will typically route you down Gilmer St to Jones Mill Rd. This route will take you through a one-way short tunnel under the RR tracks. The tunnel only provides an 8' clearance.  
  
IF YOUR VEHICLE CANNOT CLEAR 8', IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU TAKE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE. US41 TO W FELTON IS THE SUGGESTED WAY.  
  
By default, two bedrooms are open for each booking. However, other bedrooms will be unlocked to scale the confirmed guest list (occupants) on each booking.  
  
For stays of more than a month, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.  
  
While we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, we have no control over the actions of our neighbors on surrounding properties. In the Atlanta metro area, recreational marijuana use has largely been decriminalized or is no longer actively enforced, so you may encounter people using it outside our property, around the neighborhood, or in town. Unfortunately, we cannot stop other people's life choices.  
  
For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking.  
  
For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. We conduct regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south know that certain bugs are common in Georgia like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one but if you do, understand it's not an infestation. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods to reduce the chances of insects and maintain provided stoppers placed appropriately in kitchen drains.  
  
Lawn service is scheduled for the weeks of the 1st and 15th, sometimes early in the morning. If this timing conflicts with your stay, please inform us at least 5 days before your arrival so we can adjust the schedule.  
Parking is limited, and on-street parking is not allowed by law. The driveway can hold 2 cars, but only in a single line. One additional car may be parked on the grass to the LEFT side only.  
  
While on the property, guests may hear church bells and high school football games.
