First off, the location is amazing, you have clear open field views in all directions with an incredible backdrop of Mount Whitney and the Sierras.The structures and lodging spaces are so unique to the last detail. "West Wind certainly DID take our breath away!! Our 4-night stay there went way too fast and "tasted like more!" The views outside from every direction were spectacular and there was so much to see in the area. The inside layout was stunning and spacious! Lone Pine is an "unreal real." Sipping coffee while watching "horse zoomies" across the road was a highlight! Joost, the host, was so friendly and accommodating. We'd go back in a heartbeat!! This place has such amazing rock features, including a rock tub outside, which we enjoyed while watching the sunsets. West Wind and Joost ROCK!! Thank you for sharing your dream with us!!"

"Lonewest is and was absolutely perfect! - Amazingly relaxing, peaceful, rejuvenating, and the night time stars were perfect! - Is only a 17 minute drive from Mount Whitney trailhead and a quick 10 minute drive to the Main Street in Lone Pine. Lydia was super communicative and the property was spot on, breathtaking and my wife and I will absolutely be staying here again.Thank you!"

"You will NOT find a more magical stay near Lone Pine than Swetha’s incredible tiny home. She has gone above and beyond to make sure the tiny home has just what you need and that everything is extremely intuitive. At the time we stayed, the tiny home looked brand new even though we saw notes from about 10 previous guests on the guest log wall. Swetha left us the sweetest handwritten note and took care of lots of details that weren’t necessary but such a personal touch. All of the finishes in the tiny home are elevated, and we kept finding luxe little touches all over the place. AND THE VIEWS! Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Just wish we had a reason to book it for longer. Thanks Swetha!"
