The staff was pretty helpful, but could have done a better job at recommending tours. The one we took their advice on ended up costing double what it would have cost with the expensive guys in the cultural center. Tem que usar Taxi que demora cerca de 30 min para chegar no centro, Placa do Relógio, local próximo de onde tudo acontece em Cartagena. Para quem vai fazer passeios durante o dia no centro da cidade ou nas ilhas região, fica bastante cansativo, pois tem que pegar táxi de manhã hotel-centro, depois tem que pegar táxi no fim da tarde para voltar ao hotel se quiser descansar um pouco e tomar banho centro-hotel, depois pegar táxi para sair à noite hotel -centro, depois pegar táxi para voltar ao hotel pra dormir centro - hotel. Dai somados os tempos de Taxi, irão cerca de 2 horas por dia. Detalhe: o hotel oferece gratuitamente um serviço de transporte numa van confortável que leva e traz hóspedes do hotel ao centro , ida e volta, saída as 18:30h e retorno às 21:30h.
