This beautiful one bedroom penthouse apartment has been finished to a high standard throughout with an open plan living and breakfast area, fully fitted kitchen, shower room and benefits from a large terrace off the living area that overlooks the vibrant and lively Bellaluz Square. There is also an additional small terrace off the bedroom for an evening glass of wine or early morning breakfast. The living area is spacious ,light & airy and offers satellite TV, DVD player & complimentary fast speed wi-fi. French doors lead out from the living area onto a large terrace area with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and views onto Bellaluz Square. The terrace catches the Spanish sun whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the popular plaza from this delightful penthouse apartment. There is a fully fitted kitchen which is comprehensively equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, in fact everything you will need for your self catering holiday. The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. French doors lead out to an additional terrace with a bistro style table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy breakfast or read your morning paper in the sunshine. Fully air conditioned. The views from the terrace overlooking the square were fabulous – a great spot to watch the world go by.The attention to detail throughout the apartment was fantastic. The photos on VRBO are accurate. Clean and everything you need is there. Location is great overlooking the plaza with several good restaurants and bar all within very short walk. Great for our stay as there was only 2of us. If I was being picky a small welcome pack would be good ,milk tea/coffee pods, as our flight was badly delayed and the shops were closed when we eventually got there. La Manga is a great resort even if you don't play golf. Really enjoyed our stay thanks Pippa ##### John S. It was clean tidy and well presented. Sofa very comfortable lovely balcony complete with sun beds table and chairs. Only negatives are a bucket for the mop, and guests should be aware that the owner has locked the majority of the wardrobe storage. Happy to recommend and communication with Pippa. The apartment is located in the heart of Bellaluz so you have access to pools, shops, bars and restaurants all within a very short walk away! The apartment is clean and bright throughout and is comfortably furnished. The owner has provided all the essentials for a perfect self-contained holiday. From the living room you have a beautiful sun terrace which overlooks the Bellaluz main plaza where we often sat and listened to the green parrots that fly overhead. Wish I could have stayed longer! Incredibly friendly atmosphere on club. Golf courses are stunning and exceptionally well maintained. Have already booked for June 2019\.
