I'd like to bring your attention to a serious matter that occurred at Nuestros Tres Tesoros, in Playa Blanca, Colombia. My friend and I booked this location January 9-11th. As soon as we arrived, we received immediate attitude and poor customer service from the woman who checked us in. Our reservation was not on their books and they blamed us, even after I showed her the confirmation number. Furthermore, when we arrived to the "hotel"we asked to purchased water because they we had traveled and were dehydrated. They mentioned that there was no water, but they could send someone to purchase us water, if we gave them money. We gave the hotel representative about $15 to purchase us water. He stated that he would go in a little while. We patiently waited. We asked him around noon if he got the water, he said he would go after lunch. There were no stores around for us to purchase water. We waited longer and longer. As we waited, we started to feel very uncomfortable. Strange men were gathering around the property and confronting us-- we felt unsafe, especially with no electricity. As the sun was setting, we asked him again for water or if we could have the money we gave him back so we could find our own water. He then stated that we never gave him money, which we did. They said they would call the police on us and told us to leave.
