Estamos a 150 metros del mar a pesas de no estar en primera linea de playa es realmente muy cerca para disfrutar de unas tranquilas zonas de playa. En los dias de su estancia hubo algunos problemas con la empresa proveedora del servicio de wifi , como se lle dejo saber. nos disculpa.

Respetada Jazmín: Le quiero recordar que, en resumen, ustedes pretendian que la tercera persona acompañante se hospedara gratis, situacion que no es posible en ningún hotel del mundo y EXPEDIA fue clara con ustedes en que la reserva siempre la hicieron para dos personas. Para estos casos contamos con apartamentos de 70 y 90 metros cuadrados para puedan compartir en familia y estar más cómodos pero obviamente debían pagar un precio adicional como cualquier otro negocio. Para contestarle sobre su inconformidad en el desayuno y las habitaciones solo les pido el favor que lean los casi 150 comentarios que tenemos en todos los motores de compra de hoteles y tal vez esos comentarios los ubican a ustedes en cuanto a la realidad de su inconformidad. El hotel se puede enmarcar en el concepto de small business family en el que prima la atención personalizada así como la satisfacción ética y moral y mucho menos los intereses económicos, situación esta que ha sido resaltada por muchos de nuestros huésped.
