"When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!"

"We had a great time in this place, it was so clean and organized. The sleeping areas were so comfortable. I really liked the property rules which were already there for us to read. The only problem that we had was the last day of our stay. Upstair unit were too noisy in the early morning. We really needed to sleep to drive for more than 12 hours, but we couldn’t."

"I spent over a week at this property with my pet and we had a lovely time. The property itself is very homely and comfortable. It consists of all the amenities I needed including stove, toaster oven and laundry facilities. Derek was quick to respond back on the app. They also offered snacks and wine as a complimentary. Sagewood is a beautiful and friendly neighbourhood where the house looks over a small lake with a walking trail. Would highly recommend booking this place."
