This is a completely level, one story condo. NO STEPS at all. Covered parking at your FRONT DOOR. New beds including one memory foam mattress (other bed is traditional Sealy mattress). New designer couch. Also added a 45" UHD TV. We have high speed internet, cable TV, and WiFi. Plantation shutters on windows and tiled bath and kitchen. Gas fireplace with a convenient remote control.
