An expansive 5-acre property, with plenty of space for everyone to gather and create lasting memories. Our focus on family connection sets us apart from other vacation properties. We understand the importance of spending quality time with loved ones and have designed our property to facilitate just that. From outdoor games and activities to cozy indoor spaces, there is something for everyone. Our craftsman style rancher\`s open floor plan offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and entertain. The large kitchen is equipped with plenty of counter space and seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Eat at our country style indoor dining table or step outside through the 20 ft expansive glass folding doors that open up to the pool area and share the meal on our 14 ft outdoor dining table. The bedrooms are all cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect place to rest after a day by the pool or a day of exploring the area. We have 6 bedrooms to choose from, 4 of which we are able to rent at one time, allowing you to choose which 4 bedrooms suit your group the best. We have a maximum occupancy of 10 which we strictly enforce. A day at the pool can be the perfect way to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. Start the day by setting up camp in your favorite spot, complete with chairs, towels, and a few pool toys. With the sun shining and the water sparkling, take a dip and cool off with a refreshing swim. Take some time to float around on a floatie and soak up some rays! If you’re feeling competitive, challenge your family and friends to a game of Marco Polo. For a more laid-back afternoon, break out a good book, or grab a snack and relax in the shade. Finish off the day with a BBQ and a few rounds of cards or sit around the outdoor fireplace making smores. By the end of the day, you’ll be sure to have made plenty of memories and had a great time with your loved ones. For more fun we\`ve got a large games room with ping pong, basketball, air-hockey, foosball, shuffleboard and a poker table. It\`s sure to bring a smile to faces of youngsters and adults alike. Enjoy Okanagan lifestyle with nearby wineries, golf, tennis, pickleball, biking, hiking, paddleboarding, boating and two blocks from the lake. Only a 10 minute drive to Predator Ridge Golf and five minutes to local wineries. Boat launches are 2 minutes from the property. We have a 3 night minimum throughout the year. During summer months we have a 7 night minimum stay running Saturday to Saturday. This is not a party house as we welcome families and matured renters only. We are unable to host weddings or events. We monitor noise levels with the use of a noise monitor which will send you a friendly reminder when things are a little loud. This property is the perfect getaway for friends and family looking to reconnect and enjoy quality time together. Whether you’re looking for a fun-filled vacation or a quiet retreat, this is the perfect spot to make memories. Come and enjoy the sun, pool, and relaxation of this beautiful Okanagan property! Quiet Hours: To respect our lovely neighbors, we have outdoor quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and from 10 PM to 8 AM on Friday and Saturday. We ask that you keep outdoor music and noise to a minimum. Feel free to enjoy music and noise outdoors during other hours, just please keep it below the property line! Booking Age: To ensure a responsible stay, our guests must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a NO pet policy. Parking: Please limit parking to a maximum of 8 vehicles on the property to keep things organized and accessible. Overnight street parking is not permitted. No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. We kindly ask that you smoke outside, as any evidence of smoking inside may result in a minimum fine of $500. Noise Monitoring: To maintain a peaceful environment, we use noise monitoring devices. Tampering with them will lead to immediate eviction and forfeit of any fees for unused nights or amenities. Please note that we have an outdoor camera which monitors the driveway. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners Karen and Sib who showed us a few changes since our last visit. These two excellent hosts made us feel so welcome and special. They suggested and arranged an in house wine tasting by a local winery which was so much fun, entertaining, and very informative. Karen made and delivered a very professional and beautiful charcuterie board to pair with our wine tasting. It was delicious and really added to this “WOW” experience. The home is located close to the Kelowna airport and there are a couple of large chain grocery stores enroute to the home from the airport. It is excellent for larger groups as it has everything you need to prepare meals in the super stocked kitchen and so many things to do for all ages. The pool and hot tub are always the perfect temperature and a lovely place to spend the afternoon on the many pool toys. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed with the beds being very “comfy”. Sib and Karen were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Our group has been meeting every 2 years for decades and this is the best place we have ever stayed. We are already looking forward to our next ##### barb m. The kitchen and pantry are stocked with everything you could possibly need. Karen & Sib greeted us to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We stayed here with 14 people for a week in May, and we cannot say enough amazing things about this place!! The heated pool, hot tub, relaxing sitting areas, roomy interior, fully stocked kitchen, the fabulous coffee bar... I could go on! Each couple had a beautiful bedroom and comfy bed to sleep in, with ample space for everyone! Our host, Sib, was wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and was just a text away if there was anything we needed at all. We highly recommend this get-away to everyone, it was a fantastic experience! We hope to be back soon! :) ##### Jason L. My husband and I stayed here with both our families and there was ample space for everyone. The property is very clean and well stocked with everything you can imagine! The outdoor space is beautiful and the heated pool and patio heaters are a great bonus. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It had plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out. Beautiful views of the lake and so many nice places outside in the huge yard to sit. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub , both such a great places to relax . There were plenty of games to play to keep us amused and we really enjoyed the pool table. With acres manicured landscaping there are lots of quiet areas to relax, soak up the sun and enjoy the lake views. We tended to gravitate to the salt water pool, hot tub and patio area for quality family time. Lots of seating areas complete with an outdoor fireplace. The host's attention to detail is evident throughout. The gourmet kitchen, complete with a well-stocked expresso bar started each morning off right. The billiard table and giant screen TV, was right off the kitchen so everyone felt like they were together which is what we wanted. Each bedroom was truly comfortable leading to a good night’s rest. There are ample windows always drawing us outside. We enjoyed a huge charcuterie board and private wine tasting at the property all arranged by our thoughtful hosts, Sib and Karen. This was an exquisite estate experience that we plan on repeating again next year! ##### Jody L. My grandchildren loved the pool area. Many hours were spent enjoying the games room. The house was equipped with every appliance and it was well stocked with extra spices and foods etc. The home was very clean and the grounds provided lots of opportunities for the kids to run, climb trees and pick apples and plums off the fruit trees. The adults also appreciated the view, location, privacy and the great level of service from our hosts. We would love to stay there again next year. ##### sonya h. Sib and Karen went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. They were the ultimate gracious hosts! The property is large, and has many options for spending time: using the pool and hot tub or sitting on the deck, exploring the grounds or playing lawn games. The house is very convenient and comfortable for a big family group with all bedrooms having ensuites, and large places to congregate. The property is close to many small beaches for swimming or paddle boarding. We loved it here and can hardly wait to return next year! ##### dolores s.
