Room was dirty and if you didn't request a refund within 15 minutes, you were denied. Filthy bathroom, beds, and no toiletries provided. Pet friendly which is good, but dog poop all over the grounds. I wouldn't stay there again.

Horrible Hotel
Car with motor laying on ground was in parking lot as well as a broken 4 wheeler on other side of parking lot. Alcohol and drug use at the back entrance with the drunk man blasting his music. Everything's in hotel needs repair and paint. It smelled bad. No coffee anywhere. Broken remote and outlets didnt work. Small beds , only full size. The back entrance stayed unlocked so im assuming the key card lock doesnt work. Unsafe conditions.

It was just me and my baby and I just didn’t feel safe. Every hallway reeked of weed. My room was so gross…floor sticky and filthy. Worst bed I’ve ever slept in. It sunk in the second I got in. But staff was very friendly.

I'll never stay at Hotel California again. There were live bugs in the shower and dead bugs in the bed. Nothing was clean Even the couch and pillows had disgusting stains. The "comforter was paper thin making it 10 timea colder. The room next to me had a barking dog all night. Not to mention the amount of domestic violence i heard from a floor down and could still hear it in the parking lot as i was leaving. Front desk appeared to not care and seemed it was "business as usual". The amount of people walking the parking lot all night made me nervous.

The first room I got was smelly and there was water all over the bathroom floor, the toilet seat was broke as well. I got moved to a different room after making a complaint, but that too was smelly but at least the bathroom was better that the first. The corridor stank of marijuana and the elevator smelt like a urinal, by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. On the bright side the front desk staff were very responsive, apologetic and handle my complaints quickly and efficiently.

we checked in at 4 pm and went to the room. We entered a drab and sparsely appointed room. Upon inspection we found a bed with a mattress that sank in the middle, dirt around the walls and mold in the sink. This place has obviously been neglected for some time. the two towels and wash cloths were old and worn out. We decided to leave and while my husband took out our bags I asked the man at the desk to return our money. He stalled, objected and told me that he couldn't do that and tried to force me to take another room. He became verbally combative when my husband came on the scene. After some conversation he finally returned our payment and we left. I suggest anyone considering this motel to check the La Quinta next door. The experience is like nightmare and day.

No TV, Dirty stained bedspreads, No lightbulbs in the lamps, disrespectful to the red roof inn hotels franchise, rude when I needed to cut my stay from (2)day to (1)day they canceled my whole reservation with CheapTickets and charged me like I was walking in off the street, overcharged, by far the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life of 56 years!

Find some place else to stay the night
Hotel very dirty in it entirely. Bedding had stains and hair all over. No towels in room nor where there any available. Tub was filthy and slow draining. Air vents were not attached to the wall. Room, lobby and elevator looked as if it hadn’t been swept and mopped in months. Piles of trash outside of the elevator. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and responsive. Outside of hotel and lobby area were not clean. Glass front door to lobby was really dirty - not welcoming at all to visitors. Waited 15 minutes in lobby to check in at 3PM. Discovered front desk clerk was sitting outside at the pool the entire time I waited patiently and when she did come back to front desk there was no apology or comment about my having to wait.

It was very sketchy looking there were a bunch of big men in the lobby left to get dinner waitress say that it was dangerous and someone had been assaulted a couple of weeks ago. Called Expedia they tried to get my money back and hotel refused.

This place was awful. There was nothing good about this place. The lack of service and the attitudes towatds guest was horrible. I had to purchase towels, blankets and pillows from walmart due to the refusal of adequate supplies. They wont supply more than 2 items per room. Trash was piled up by the elevator, dogs peed wherever, no one cleans. The rooms were filthy thenlight fixture fell out thecwall by the second day. As i was showing the desk attendant another guest was complaining about the bathroom light fixture fell off. I think most guest there are live ins. The whole place smells like weed. Total waste of money, I'd never go again!

The bathroom was disgusting and the pictures and the actual room were completely different. No toilet paper in room and refrigerator leaked horribly bad.

Red Roof Inn in Newman
This Red Roof Inn was disgusting. I did not stay. After checking in, I went to see the room. The elevator looked as if someone had urinated on the floor. The trash cans were running over with trash. Floors were dirty. I opened the door to my room, looked inside and turned around, got back on elevator. Almost ran into the desk clerk. I throw the keys at him and left!!!!

The property was filthy, the room was dirty, sheets unclean, bath towels unclean, no soap, no tables in room, floors was dirty, unswept, hall ways stacks of trash this place was very unacceptable and I wanted my money back. The place was unfit to stay, and should be reported. Expedia y’all must do better. I do have pictures. Where can I send them.

Don’t trust this Hotel! You’ve been warned!
This was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t wish this hotel on anyone! Showed up at this hotel with a reservation at 8:50 PM. The lobby was supposed to be open 24/7. There was no one there and a note on the window that said “SOLD OUT” I called the corporate office (as no one picked up at the hotel #) The regional office said they didn’t have my reservation (of course they had my money as I had already been billed) and told me they had no rooms available! Scummy place that brings the Red Roof Inn name a place I will never book again!

The hotel is very run down, it needs upgrading badly. I was a female alone so when I get to my room the door was already opened that freaked me out , the room was cleaned. If you are on a budget and just need a place to stay that is the only way i would recommend it. I didn't feel safe, it had these thin sheets on the bed. Everything was wrong. I left two hours after I got there my nerves wouldn't let me rest there and it takes a lot for me to complain. I just left quickly as possible and oh don't get me started on how many men were just standing around outside like it was a hang out spot. Another thing the side doors don't lock so everybody was just coming in and out.
