"10 out of 10 would recommend! I came for a concert that also happened to be the same day as 2 other events and the entire staff were friendly and attentive, no matter what their role was. Y'all have raised the bar and now any other hotel just won't feel the same. Keep up the great work!"

"First time staying in Omni was a good experience. It was a nice hotel and we stayed for a day it was very nice we paid for a premium king bed room but unfortunately the AC did not work so we called the front desk and they helped us to a different room and we were lucky enough to get a suite! It was an awesome staff to help us from that little issue. I’d definitely stay again. First time stays get a complimentary drink or coffee and it was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. "

"Customer service and staff are excellent, very helpful. Front Desk staff very cordial and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is amongst the best in hotels. Restaurant dining menu is great, with numerous options. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, housekeeping is always responsive. Definitely one of the best locations to stay in the DFW Airport area."
