Offering ocean and golf course views, and is just a stones throw away from the Lady Bay hotel and restaurant. Built 2019 this family friendly, two-story contemporary townhouse is located right in the middle of the golf course. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a 3rd WC, open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room as well as a kids hang-out area which can accommodate up to 9 guests. (please note the top bunk bed is only suitable for children) Upstairs you will find a spacious open plan living with a well-appointed lounge, dining, and kitchen which has ample bench space, gas cooking, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee machine -guests must supply their own pods. There are floating floorboards throughout the open plan living area, which opens out to the extensive balcony, which includes an undercover bbq area to incorporate both indoor/outdoor entertaining. The master bedroom is also located upstairs which comes complete with a queen-size bed and ensuite. Downstairs you will find the second living area which is perfect for the children to enjoy their own space which comes complete with a TV, dvd player, and Xbox. Also located downstairs are the 2 other bedrooms comprising of a queen size bed and trundle. And a tri bunk and trundle. A second bathroom and laundry can also be found downstairs. This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing breakaway and was designed with comfort in mind, catering to all your needs and would suit all types of families, groups of friends, golfers, and the list goes on. In the surroundings enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos in the morning and evening, numerous native birds, foxes, hares, and rabbits. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food, and great local wine. So much to offer; this is one holiday not to miss out on. Once you have discovered this hidden gem, you just want to keep coming back. Location: Links Lady Bay Golf Course, overlooking the 2nd green. Bed Configuration: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Upstairs has one bedroom with 1 x queen-size bed. Downstairs has two bedrooms which have 1 x queen bed and trundle and the 3rd bedroom has 1 x tri bunk ( top is suitable for children only); 1 x trundle. The home was spacious, clean and had everything we needed (except a teapot!). The large open plan kitchen, living and dining area is great. Lots of kangaroos to watch from the balcony. The lack of Wifi was frustrating at times. The biggest draw back for us was the position. The listing says 'Carrickalinga' and the location pin places the property a few streets back from the beach in Carrickalinga (7 minutes walk it says) so that is where we thought we would be. But we were shocked to find we were in Normanville nowhere near the beach and set quite a way back in a new housing development. It was fine but not at all what we expected when we booked. New, tidy and quite well equipped. It lacks a few touches which makes it more homely.
