Substantial in it's position this holiday home is but a minute stroll from Carrickalinga's celebrated North Bay - as voted by Lonely Planet. Fall in love with the seaside as you back on to Gold Coast Drive and reveal the Esplanade in all of its pristine poise. In the surrounds enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. This large two storey home oozes a touch of elegance, its beautifully finished with high ceilings, double glazing windows, lavish entrance, deluxe bathrooms, up market kitchen and so much more Features 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people, 3 full bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining and 2 large living areas. Upstairs you'll find the large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining which opens up to the outside entertaining deck offering beautiful ocean views! Fully appointed kitchen with all stainless steel electrical appliance, a large dining table to comfortably sit 10 and a relaxing lounge area. Also, upstairs youll find a main bathroom and 2 bedrooms to include the master, which offers ocean views, has an ensuite and direct access to the balcony. Downstairs is a perfect area for the children to hang out, large family room with access to the deck and garden area, full bathroom, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and laundry. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food and great local wine. So much to offer; this is one holiday not to miss out on! Excess Garbage to be taken away was a bit much considering the price of accommodation ...Air conditioning on rooms completely inefficient .. especially for hot days .. Fans noisy in 2 rooms .. Fans not enough for summer vacations .. stuffy bedrooms... No flat, out door space for games and little children ... considering it’s for families... Whilst this is their choice I think it should be mentioned when advertising... Alarm went off which had a horrific noise and no number given to disable and therefore quite the fiasco to get in touch with agent to get number ... Whilst not meant to be on , things happen ...Dishwasher not working properly as not cleaning properly and dishes wet when finished and needed to be hand dried .. Lovely Balcony to sit out on but black table so hot it burnt one of the kiddies hands..This place can Definitely be for families so maybe a high chair would be considered...This sounds like a winger but it’s only meant to be constructive 🤗 and we really did have a lovely time ..
