Extremely clean,comfortable,and well organized permanently situated large RV. Extremely convenient to area beaches, lovely communities of Carabelle & Apalachicola, as well as many natural areas and parks. Right down the street from the beach! Everything you could need is right there in the RV even down to an iPhone charger. We visited the State Forest, toke a long hike, went to beautiful St. George Island, fished the bay and eat oysters in near by Apalachicola. The camper was very clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. We had a great time playing the corn hole game on the porch. Snacks, water, coffee and coffee supplies were provided. The bed was comfortable. We did not get a chance to use the fire pit. It rained and the wood our host provided got damp. The step from the ground to the porch is a little bit difficult to step up and we could have used a railing. i would highly recommend this property. ##### Rita F. Everything except clothes and food was provided for a vacation. Corn hole game, card games, pots, pans, grill and charcoal and Towels galore. Very nice location only minutes for Carrabelle beach and short drive to St George Park which had beautiful beaches that wasn't crowded. Don't let camper pictures fool you wonderfully place to stay. The outdoor shower is bliss, thanks to the tankless water heater. One of the most enjoyable showers we've ever taken. Overall, a fantastic experience.
