Nestled on a 1,200 m² enclosed and landscaped plot, it offers an idyllic setting just minutes from the Mediterranean beaches. The house comprises four bedrooms, including a master suite, two bathrooms, and a beautiful living room adjoining an open-plan kitchen and dining area. A terrace on the first floor is also perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning with a sea view. The property also includes a separate studio apartment with a lovely bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, and ample storage. You can also take full advantage of all the amenities, including a large garden with a saltwater swimming pool, a pétanque court, an outdoor shower, and a beautiful, fully equipped summer kitchen.
