Cette villa pieds dans l'eau et à deux pas du port, des boulodromes, des différentes plages, et des restaurants.  
  
Cette villa de 150m² des années 1970 incarne le charme intemporel de cette époque, offrant un style rétro qui séduira les amateurs d'architecture et de design vintage. Elle est située à Beau-rivage, accès mer à 30 m (criques de Beau rivage et des Pins penchés)  
Parking intérieur pour 2 véhicules  
  
La maison se compose:  
En entrant dans la villa, vous êtes accueilli par un hall, orné de sols en carrelage coloré. Le salon principal, doté d'un espace ouvert vous offrant une lumière naturelle, il est agrémenté de meubles au design rétro, de canapés en cuir confortables et d'une cheminée en pierre, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale.  
  
Le séjour dispose de la TV,   
WiFi fibre,   
Une grande table en bois pour y partager d'agréables repas en famille ou entre amis.  
Une cuisine rénovée avec 3 feux à gaz et une plaque électrique, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec congélateur haut, micro-ondes, four, cafetière filtre et perco, une bouilloire, un grille-pain.  
  
Les chambres à coucher, offrent des espaces généreux et sont décorées dans un style typique des années 70, avec des motifs géométriques et des accents rétro.

De plus, à l'extérieur, la villa est entourée d'un jardin bien entretenu avec un accès à la mer par portillon, sur d'abord le boulodrome et le parc de Beau-rivage puis ensuite l'accès à la première crique; idéale pour se rafraîchir pendant les chaudes journées d'été.   
Une terrasse ombragée, équipée de meubles d'extérieur, parasol, chaises longues avec vue mer vous invitant à la détente et aux repas en plein air.  
  
Attention: vous louez une maison ancienne, atypique avec du mobilier et des équipements année 1970, veuillez bien prendre connaissance des photos et du descriptif, vous louez en bonne connaissance de cause. Le tarif est en adéquation avec les prestations.
