I have 3 teenagers so the easy access to the beach was perfect. My kids were so excited just off the pics, and let me tell you the place did not disappoint. The inly downside i had was that i couldnt sit on the patio and stare at the ocean. I could stand and see the ocean but when you sat all you could see was the sand dune right in front. Aside from that, everything was perfect. My kids could come and go easily. The little strip of restaurants and shopping was so cute and fun. All the towns people were so friendly. We were super close to the marsh which is a nice nature walk and close enough to seal sanctuary to still walk.
