"Nice room, comfortable bed. Nice lobby and welcoming staff. Also just a half mile to 101 freeway on-ramp . I had a busy day, and I came in late , went to bed and got up early and nothing impeded my time, So I appreciate that I could do everything quickly Since I was on a work trip."

"This is an modest, older, but very attractive and well-kept property. It is an excellent value. Beds were comfortable. Our room was small but thoughtfully arranged so that it didn't feel cramped. The Spanish style of the building is pretty and is a good fit for the area. The hotel is walking distance (less than half a mile) to a few good restaurants and a shopping center. It's a short drive to the beach, some walking trails, a skateboard park and a driving range."

"Very friendly condo complex. Pool area was wonderful. Parking was easy. A very short walk to the beach (1 short block). Perfect weather. Host was easy to communicate with."

"The house was clean, spacious and had all the things/amenities we needed. The information for check-in arrived late but it was easy and smooth to get into the house. Instructions were clear. Lots of games, DVDs, and activities for families included. It was very close to the Rincon Beach Resort for the wedding we attended. The only thing is the air conditioning was not consistent throughoutnthe house. Some rooms were hot and others were cool."

"The condo was clean and in close proximity to the beach and eateries. The condo was quite and felt very safe. It was nice to have a designated parking space, which made it so easy. The host was quick to answer questions. The only issue, it was very hot in the condo due to the weather. Unfortunately, because it is coastal, the condo does not have a/c, only fans. During the time we stayed it was particular hotter than normal, the fans did not seem to help with cooling the place down. However, I imagine that is not the norm. Usually, the coastal areas cool down during the evenings. I do encourage others to stay and enjoy their time at this condo."

"This listing was as advertised and more. My Wife and I found the Condo cute, quiet and very quaint . It's well stocked with supplies for the beach as well as the kitchen needs. There is a short walk to the beach ( one block ) easy access to stores and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet once the Sun goes down."

"We enjoyed ourselves very much at this property. We loved the proximity to the beach and all of the amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, boogie boards, board games and a wagon to haul our beach items. The property manager Ruta also gave us solid tips on where to eat & what locations to visit. It was an all around enjoyable stay."
