Located in a small fishing town, Carpenter rocks is best known for its beaches, dirt bike and 4WD trails, swimming and great fishing spots. A fully furnished & self-contained 4 bedroom beach style home with an additional 5th bedroom coming off the gaming area & a cabin for optional hire. The cabin is located out the back of the main property. Please make us aware if you would like to book this as it comes as an extra cost per night. Roughly $70 The Space: The whole family will love our renovated outdoor entertaining games area! Consisting of pool table, TV, Dartboard, BBQ with generous dining table. Don’t forget your fur babies! No Vew has an enclosed yard for your loved pets with plenty of shade and grass area. The home also features unlimited internet, ducted heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, a 60inch TV & DVD player. A fridge and freezer, ironing facility and all the linen is supplied. No Vew is within easy walking distance to the beach, local general store, tennis courts and playground with BBQ area. Unfortunately there is very low reception for Voda Phone. All other carriers like Optus and Telstra have great reception! Guest Access: Room Settings - No Vew sleeps 14 people. With 4 bedrooms inside the main house. Bed - 1 Queen, Bed 2 - Queen and single, Bed - 3 Queen, Bed 4 - 1 single bunk bed and 1 double bunk bed. The 5th room is an additional room located in the outdoor area. Consisting of a bathroom with shower and toilet as an on-suite and main access as well. The suite consists of a queen bed and a kitchenette with fridge, a 40inch T.V and DVD player. It holds 2 people. This room is detached from the house and attached on to the outdoor area a couple of metres from the back door of the house itself but still inside the main yard. Please see the floor plan for more details Bathroom 1 is located inside the main house and bathroom 2 is attached to the 5th room. We do not charge for people 2 years old and under so please do not add them to the quote or it will charge you for them. The Cabin (sleeps an extra 5 people note 3 tier bunk bed is best for smaller guests. ) No Vew also offers "The Cabin" A self-contained cabin which is located out the back of No Vew, this can be used as separate accommodation or as an extra house if you’re having many people stay. The Cabin is accessible by driving around the back of No Vew. Offering its own fenced of yard. It has Opening gates that let you combine No Vew and the cabins yards together It offers 1 queen bed, 3 single beds as a Bunk and 1 bathroom. Linen is supplied for beds only. There is also a small kitchen with sink, microwave and stove TV, DVD player supplied. The Cabin can be found online as a separate accommodation under (The Cabin) in Carpenter Rocks The Neighborhood: Carpenter Rocks is a small coastal town located 35 kilometres south-west of Mount Gambier in the south-east of South Australia. The area faces the Southern Ocean and is renowned for its rugged coastline which provides exceptional fishing and diving locations Getting Around: There is plenty to do in Carpenter Rocks if you have a 4WD jump in and explore the town! We had a large family gathering for my mother's 80th birthday and No Vew catered for everyone. The house was clean and tidy with adequate bedding for all. All linen and towels were provided which takes away the hassle of bringing it. The large living areas allowed people to spread out and have their own space. The entertainment room kept kids young and old entertained, which was great. The large fenced off yard was perfect for our dog and for the kids to play games. We also hired out the cabin at the back which was perfect as my family was able to isolate away from the main house as we have a young child who is up during the night. We enjoyed strolls along the beach which is only a short distance away from the property and we had a good feed at the local Tavern. Zoe was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Walking distance to the tavern which served yummy food at a good price and staff were great. The property was very dog friendly. The games room set up was an excellent meeting/play space. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen has a great mix of utensils/facilities. Fantastic convenient location for being at the beach. An easy place to have young children. There were a few very minor issues but nothing that prevented us enjoying our time and the space. The cabin was nice, neat and tidy. There is wifi but unfortunately it is connected in the main house and gives poor signal out n the cabin but still accessible. 100% will recommend to friends and family!! ##### Tiffany H.
