We were there in end of August and the room was very hot … difficult go fall asleep. The option to open window was there but a lot of mosquitoes and bugs »

« It is a first class apartment with all the amenities one could imagine. We loved the rooftop lap pool and hot tub. The bathroom is amazing. The parking is ample on the street and free! Our room was spotless and we appreciated having our laundry done by Marta while we were out exploring museums and the nearby forest. The location is ideal, especially close to the futbol stadium. Thank you Cosmin for being so attentive to our requests, it was a pleasure to stay at the Bellevue’s. »

"Accueil incroyable de Maria. Très gentille, serviable et parle français. L'hôtel et la chambre sont propres. Très belle vue depuis notre chambre. Excellent petit déjeuner avec machine à gaufre à faire soi-même (excellente d'ailleurs). Manque juste un poisson (saumon ou thon pour ceux qui ne mangent pas de charcuterie). Une fontaine d'eau est accessible dans le couloir de chaque étage où nous pouvions remplire la Carafe à disposition et nos gourdes (bien pratique). Juste dommage que nous ne pouvions pas connecter la TV à Netflix ou YouTube. Le centre est à 10-15min à pieds et L'hôtel est facilement accessible en transports depuis l'aéroport. Merci encore pour l'accueil et le service. Je recommande à 100% !"

"L’hôtel, vieux, n’est pas du tout au niveau des standards internationaux de 5 étoiles. On voit qu’au fil des années des rénovations ont été faites par ci ou par là, mais sans vision globale. Le résultat est très médiocre. La chambre est mal-aisante, sombre, sur le coté, ce qui la rend presque aveugle et très sombre. Le style du mobilier, vieillot, et très démodé. On dirait un fan de tunning qui a fait la deco d’un hôtel. La moquette est en imitation Burberry, les placard en imitation Louis Vuitton, c’est de très mauvais goût !! Tout est de mauvaise qualité, la salle de bain ressemble à celle d’un Mobil-home avec une cabine de douche premier prix. Les éléments utilisé on encore leur étiquette IKEA ! Le petit déjeuner est affreux. L’omelette baigne littéralement dans l’huile, j’en ai été malade. Enfin, certains membres du personnel sont imbuvables. Régulièrement sur leur téléphone portable, j’ai l’impression de les déranger. Cette hôtel fonctionne uniquement car il est l’un des seuls 5 étoiles de Zakopane, qu’il ne mérite pas ! Ils peuvent cependant salué leur photographe qui arrive, sur Instagram, à magnifier le réelle. Mais du coup quand on arrive c’est la déception !!"
