It was immaculately kept with many thoughtful touches. There were games, books, and every kitchen appliance we could possibly need. Our group of 5 women Veterans had a blast. The location was close to town, but far enough to feel private. The outside of the property was great from the front porch with lights, campfire and the garage for extra rec space with outdoor games. When we arrived we were very impressed with the home. Nicely decorated. Many rentals do not include any extras. Well stocked with about everything one needs. Only item we were short was a hatchet to split some wood to start the fire. We managed with a hammer and screw driver. Something we should have thought to bring. The fire pit was great to sit around in the evening. We enjoyed the s’mores items supplied by the host including some popcorn and a bottle of wine. The upstairs bed is a king with a firm mattress and downstairs a queen with a softer mattress. It would’ve been nice if the upstairs bathroom had a shower but having the second shower in the laundry room worked out fine. We would rent this place again. ##### Charles W. Plenty of room indoor and outdoor for our teens to spread out and explore. (They loved playing games in the sitting area upstairs) The communication and booking process was easy; the house had every supply we could ask for, and more! It was perfectly situated just 10 minutes from the bridge! We visited Tahquamenon Falls, Cut River Bridge, The Shipwreck Museum, and Mackinac Island during our stay. ##### Penny S.
