Villa il Guaceto is a beautiful property for rent in Apulia, located 3 km from the Adriatic Sea, this amazing property offer to its guests a perfect relaxing vacation with easy access to sea and some of most beautiful cities of the region.  
The villa is set in a peaceful location surrounded by century olive groves, the private garden covers over 1 hectare of lands, there is a private swimming pool of 10x5 mt from the pool guest will have a beautiful sea view. The pool is equipped with sun lunges and umbrellas; next to the building there is a covered patio with elegant garden furniture and table with chairs for al fresco meals.  
  
Villa il Guaceto develops in different levels and covers over 300 square meters and is divided in two independent units; the main body and consist in a large open space with living room dining area and open plan kitchen fully equipped. There are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, the rooms have also direct access to the garden and pool area.  
The second section consist in a living area, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, on first floor there are two double bedrooms and second bathroom with shower.  
The villa has all amenities needed such as air conditioning, internet wifi, private parking, alarm system, washing machine, dishwasher, Barbeque, Nespresso coffee maker.
