If you are looking for a modern villa with all the comforts for your holidays in Puglia, this is the ideal solution for you. Sitting a few steps from the **Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve** with its kilometers of pristine beach and **crystal clear water**, you can enjoy a privileged position, surrounded by nature and away from the chaos of the city. The villa, curated with attention to the smallest details, will guarantee you maximum **comfort and privacy**. The central location of the villa is optimal for discovering the beauties of Puglia: from Salento, continuing through the characteristic Valle D'Itria with its typical Trulli to get to the famous beaches of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, which are all less than 30 minutes away in the car!  
  
Entering the gate and walking along the driveway, one immediately has the sensation of entering a **timeless place** where the stress and problems of everyday life disappear. The large veranda overlooking the swimming pool is the perfect place to spend **total relaxation**, and on the clearest days admire the green of the olive trees that stretch and join the blue of the sea. The large table under the canopy ensures shelter on the hottest days and is the perfect place to have meals. The outdoor area is completed by the modern barbecue, ideal for **happy grilling**.  
  
The veranda leads to the private swimming pool furnished with **comfortable** deck chairs and surrounded by a manicured lawn where you can cool off during the hot summer days enjoying happy moments with your **loved ones**. The villa is also equipped with an Outdoor shower with hot water and a laundry area. The facility has heat pump cooling and heating.  
  
The entrance to the living room immediately gives an idea of the minimal but **highly sought-after taste** for the furnishings: the large wall decorated with shades of green recalls the external colors, creating a homogeneous and **relaxing environment**. The kitchen has a table and chairs, a dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The three bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom, one double and one twin (with beds that can be joined if necessary) are very bright and quiet and are the ultimate **private spaces** to enjoy maximum leisure on holiday. The three bathrooms, two of which are complete with a shower, are colorfully characterized and fit perfectly into the environment, offering maximum comfort and privacy to all guests.
