If you have been dreaming of a beach vacation that offers spectacular ocean views and a convenient central location, then look no further. “Whitney” is a lovely 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom duplex with amazing oceanfront views that is within walking distance of everything Carolina Beach has to offer, including the boardwalk! This is the perfect place for your family to come and enjoy the salty fresh air and the calming sounds of the ocean. The first living level of this home has a Queen bedroom with a connected bathroom and another bedroom with two Twin beds. All three living levels of this home can be accessed via stairs or elevator for added convenience and ease of accessibility. The main level of this property features an open floor plan with a great room that includes the fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom, dining area that seats six, a convenient kitchen island with additional bar seating, and a spacious living room with ample seating that leads to a private deck. Enjoy family meals, movie nights, or relax on the deck and soak in the expansive ocean views! The third level has a Queen guest bedroom with a private bathroom that makes a comfortable and private space for your guests. The master bedroom is oceanfront and features wonderful ocean views, a cozy King-sized mattress, and luxurious ensuite. Who doesn’t want to wake up with a view of the ocean? Expansive oceanfront balconies on all three levels make this a sensational vacation spot. While in the area, be sure to check out the fun and quirky town we call our own. The Carolina Lake is right across the street, which features the Saturday morning farmer’s market and the Sunday night Movie in the Park. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is only 6 blocks away and that’s where you will find fun shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Across the street is our “famous” Veggie Wagon, which specializes in fruits, vegetables and homemade goodies that will accommodate the whole family!
