Whitecaps Condos offers a luxurious beachfront experience with six bedrooms and a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. Both Unit C and Unit D are located on the 2nd floor and can be rented together, providing ample space for large families or groups. With complimentary WiFi, central heating and air, and private beach access, your stay will be both comfortable and convenient. Each unit also comes with parking for four cars, making it easy for everyone to arrive and settle in. The living rooms in both units feature seating for 6 to 8 people, flat-screen TVs with Hulu, and access to spacious oceanfront decks equipped with seating for six—perfect for enjoying the sunset or relaxing by the sea.  
  
Each kitchen is fully stocked and designed for preparing and serving meals for the entire group. With seating for six at the dining tables and four additional barstools at the kitchen counters, there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals together. Both kitchens feature modern appliances, including flat-top stoves, microwaves, blenders, and 12-cup drip coffee makers, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Oceanfront views and deck access make these spaces perfect for relaxing and dining indoors or out.  
  
The six bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. Both master suites feature king beds, private bathrooms with double vanity sinks, and access to either an oceanfront or street-facing deck. The second bedrooms include queen beds, while the third bedrooms offer twin-over-queen bunk beds with pullout trundles—ideal for children or additional guests. Each unit shares a second bathroom with the queen and bunk-bed rooms, ensuring that all guests have easy access to amenities. These condos are the perfect choice for large groups seeking a comfortable and spacious retreat right by the beach.

Families can stroll along the lively Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its rides, games, and local shops, or explore nature at Carolina Beach State Park, home to hiking trails and rare Venus flytraps. Nearby, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher offers interactive exhibits that kids will love, while Freeman Park provides beach access for fishing, swimming, and camping. Don't miss the historic Kure Beach Pier for fishing and ocean views, or relax at Carolina Beach Lake Park with paddleboats and playgrounds. For active fun, Tony Silvagni Surf School offers surf lessons for all ages. Carolina Beach has something for every family member to enjoy!  
  
PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Guests are only allotted four parking spaces, and Parking Passes are required. Carolina Beach Realty (CBR) will not be held responsible for guests with more than two vehicles or for vehicles that are towed due to negligence to use parking passes.  
  
Parking is suitable for COMPACT to MID-SIZE vehicles only. Oversize vehicles may not fit and are the responsibility of the vehicle’s owner to find adequate parking if the vehicle does not fit at the unit’s provided parking spaces. Carolina Beach Realty is not responsible for finding additional parking for guests who bring more cars than allowed at the property.  
  
These condos are equipped with Indoor Air Quality technology within the HVAC system that works to safely clean the air inside the space. The patented technology creates a plasma field filled with a high concentration of positive and negative ions. As these ions travel with the air stream, they attach to particles, pathogens, and gases. The ions help to agglomerate fine sub-micron particles, making them filterable. The ions kill pathogens by robbing them of life-sustaining hydrogen. The ions breakdown harmful VOCs into harmless compounds like O2, CO2, N2, and H2O,
