### Townhouse a block from beach, Ocean facing, EZ Access elevator, Covered parking!

Sleeps 8 comfortably. One block easy access to the beach. Nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Boardwalk, State Park, Aquarium and more!  
  
Happy-Ours is nearly brand new, built in 2018, and newly furnished with everything needed for an amazing beach vacation. It is a reverse floor plan, comfortably sleeping 8 with three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor, and one bedroom with a full bath on the top floor. Located just one block and easy access to the beach, you're also minutes from restaurants, shops, breweries, Island Greenway trails for biking or walking / running, the Carolina Beach State Park and a recreation center. Because of our location, you don't have to worry about the hassle of parking, and after a day at the beach you have access to our outdoor shower and lower level bathroom if needed.  
  
The house is also just minutes from the Carolina Beach boardwalk, Fort Fischer State Recreation Area, North Carolina Aquarium and so much more.  
  
The Space:  
  
Designed for comfort and relaxation, we chose a layout and amenities we would hope for in a vacation rental.  
  
The reverse style floorplan of the house makes it perfect to share with friends and family and provides better views of the ocean and sunrises from the top floor.  
  
The lower level is where you access the house, and also features a covered parking area, outdoor shower and half bath which is convenient during beach days. The house also has an elevator, which makes it convenient to move your supplies and luggage, or for people who have difficulty with stairs.  
  
On the main floor, there is a master bedroom with full bath and a covered walkout porch. Down the hall is the first of two spare bedrooms with a bunk bed - full on the top, full on the bottom. The second of two spare bedrooms also features a bunk bed - single on the top, full on the bottom. The spare bedrooms share a full size bath located between the two rooms. The main floor is also where the laundry room is located, with front-loading washer and dryer.  
  
On the top floor you'll enjoy a fully furnished, spacious kitchen with a dual stove and gas cooktop, plentiful cabinet space, a large granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. We've also had a whole house Kinetco water filtration and reverse osmosis system installed. Just beyond the kitchen is an open dining area, game table and living room with large screen smart TV. Outside the living room is a walkout covered porch to enjoy the weather or watch the sunrise! Also on the top floor is a bedroom with queen-size bed and a full bath.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
While you're staying here, the house will be your private beach retreat. You'll have access through the main door or via the elevator, whichever is easiest and most convenient for the guests.  
  
Interactions with Guests:  
  
For check-in, you will receive a personalized keyless entry code for the door on the lower level. Once inside, we'll provide a key for the door to access the elevator. You can arrive anytime after 4 PM on your first day and leave by 11 AM on your last day.  
  
Though we will not be at the house during your stay, we are only a text or phone call away. We have pulled together a list of our favorite local spots and adventures which will be provided to you to help make the most of your stay.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Please bag all your trash / recycling and make sure to put it in the proper container located in the parking area during your stay and upon departure. If you would like additional cleaning service during your stay, that can be arranged after booking and before your stay for an additional fee.  
  
The house is also our personal vacation home and one we plan to pass down the family, so please treat it as you would your own, leaving it in the same or better condition than you found it (minus the cleaning, which the crew will take care of for you).

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. This home is extremely well appointed and has everything you could think you might need at the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might think of. The bikes and boogie boards were above and beyond and appreciated. WiFi was excellent and easy. Convenient location and easy walk to beach access.

#### INCREDIBLE Stay

My family needed a place just for a quick weekend in Carolina Beach and this house could not have been more perfect. It has EVERYTHING you need. They provide the linens, the towels, the beach chairs, bicycles, and the kitchen is perfectly stocked. It truly could not be better. We have stayed at a ton of Carolina Beach rentals and this was the best. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Jake for a wonderful experience!

The property is extremely nice, clean, clearly recently renovated, had everything we needed etc. We went with our two kids and my in laws and were extremely comfortable / had plenty of space. Each of the kids had their own bedrooms, which was nice and allowed for better sleep away from home for them. Two families and 4-6 kids could stay extremely comfortably. The master bed and bathroom were great, particularly the bathroom with the double sink and large shower. One very small thing on the master bedroom and the other bedrooms: some of the windows are uncovered by the blinds / shutters so some blackout shades could be a nice touch. No privacy issues - just could be a bit darker in the morning if desired to sleep in a bit. Location is awesome - very close to the beach - kids (2 and 5) walked and we didn’t really need a wagon. Also close / walkable to cool local spots such as Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. The boardwalk is a bit of a hike if you’re on foot but doable. Last thing: the listing should list all the things they have available in the kitchen / utensils / spices / oils etc. we would have brought less if we had known all the wonderful stuff they had there! All in all a wonderful place and when we go back to Carolina Beach we’ll try to stay here again!

This home was decorated just like I would have done. Such class and thought was put into it. Our family enjoyed this house immensely our vacation home. The walk to the beach was a short and easy stroll. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.
