Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a pull-out couch. Including a kitchen with bar area, dining room with a large table, and large back deck with plenty of seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel with modern amenities. The kitchen has a stove top with an oven, dishwasher, air fryer, drip coffee maker and Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. The home is one block from the beach with a canal view, and beach access on both sides of the block. A grill and supplies are provided for your grilling pleasure. Outdoor shower, Linens and bath and beach towels are provided. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors.
