Jul 30, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Newer Multi-Level Beach Home Super Close to Beach Overall, we enjoyed Slack Tide. It was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 5 and 2 dogs. The pool was super nice to have and the adjoining property guests who were sharing it with us were fortunately nice and courteous. It’s a smaller pool area so there is really not a lot of space to do much more than be in the pool while in the backyard. The outdoor shower was completely inoperable for us and we had to keep asking to get it addressed which didn’t happen until five days into our week’s stay. We loved how the beach access was just one short block away. The property did provide beach chairs and some toys which helped augment what we also brought. Having views of the ocean and the canal/sound was also cool. The elevator worked for us - once we figured it out, and it was critical for us as we had some guests who really needed it. The property did not have a large gas grill or anyway to do outdoor cooking for us. All they provided was a small charcoal grill with no charcoal. No one wants to use a grill like that - let alone while on vacation. The kitchen amenities were very lean, making cooking a challenge, with smaller skillets. These are all things that should be addressed for a properly which is supposed to accomodate 10\. All of the beds were also extremely firm and everyone in our party commented on it. Despite some of these challenges, which hopefully can be addressed for future guests, we would recommend the property! ##### Heather T.
