Tucked away on a quiet street and only a few short blocks to the beach, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, pet-friendly townhome is sure to make just as big of a first impression on you as it’s catchy name. It’s perfect for a small family trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and sports a clean modern décor. The first living level of this townhouse greets you with a cozy open living space perfect for entertaining while preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances. This home boasts Roku enabled Smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon pre-loaded, smart thermostats that accompany new furnishings and all new kitchen appliances. Guests with love the smart features of this home and the modern conveniences that have been thoughtfully placed throughout. Down the hall there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The upper level of this property has a kid’s room with a Twin bunk bed, play table, and a full bathroom. The beautiful master bedroom has a King-sized bed and private on suite bathroom. Balconies on both living levels are great for sipping your coffee while watching the sun rise! The best part of this wonderful family home is the furnished outdoor living area that really makes you soak up the island life. The back yard is a great space to let your four-legged family member run or catch a frisbee! The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I fell in love with this property when I saw it online and it did not disappoint when we arrived. We had never been to the Wilmington area or Carolina Beach in particular, so we just decided to do it. This home is only a few short blocks from public beach access which makes it easy to walk or drive. The neighborhood is very nice with many walkable streets and friendly neighbors for human and four-legged family members. The home is nicely appointed, the kitchen well supplied with just about anything needed to make a great meal. (However we indulged ourselves at many of the local restaurants in the area, fresh seafood everywhere—we didn’t have a bad meal the entire week.) Beds are comfortable which is a plus for us. We had enough room to spread out. We loved the outside area. The pup loved it too! It was located in a nice area and was nicely priced. The only negatives were the following: the A/C went out once and another day it was making a very loud sound. The rental company had someone out both days pretty quickly but we still had to wait for them to come. Not a huge deal however we did miss some time doing other things had we not had to deal with that. The other thing was that there was a lot of light coming in the bedrooms in the mornings (also it was not that dark at night either). Some in our group were fine with it and some weren't. Personally, I have a hard time sleeping with a lot of light in the room so some blackout curtains and something to cover up the upper windows in the bedrooms would be great. However, if you bring a dog, the backyard is not completely fenced or enclosed. three corners are open and no specific gate, just an opening. Outdoor shower is convenient and nice, but not private due to a shower curtain and not a latch door . Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Thank you. ##### Kristine E. It was so nicely decorated, well equipped for cooking and entertaining family. The yard and outdoor setup was super nice for hanging out after the beach with cocktails The location was perfect for us and the surrounding neighborhood is really nice! It was a short walk to the beach and we loved walking through the neighborhood in the evening. We got engaged during our trip in August, Carolina Beach is a special place for us. It was clean, tastefully furnished (so many vacation homes have ugly wall colors and furniture with shells and palm trees. This was tasteful without that stuff!). The neighborhood was brand new, very nice and a great walk to the beach. It was nice to have a place that had all the kitchen stuff we needed too. A great stay!
