There is no place better to vacation than “Shearer Paradise”. This new construction home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and upgrades throughout. Enjoy a convenient location that is just a short walk to the beach, community pool and pickle ball court, or spend evenings riding bikes through the residential streets soaking in the salt air. As you enter the home you are instantly welcomed into the heart of the home! The beautiful kitchen forms a brilliant open living area that is filled with natural light and crisp décor. Complete with an eat in bar, the kitchen features granite counter tops, a generously sized undermount sink, large pantry, and stainless-steel appliances. A deck off the kitchen overlooks the community pool and is a perfect perch to relax with a cold beverage in the evenings. The open great room seamlessly flows to the dining area which will accommodate six guests, and then to the living room which is furnished with a large sectional sofa. A deck off the living room provides another outdoor oasis to escape to and is the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs the first bedroom you will arrive to is the primary bedroom. Furnished with a plush king-sized bed, the primary suite includes a large walk-in closet, smart tv, dual vanity, and beautiful walk-in shower. Down the hall you will find the first guest bedroom which offers two twin-sized beds and a sizable closet complete with luggage rack. A full-size washer and dryer are in the hall closet for added convenience. There is a full bathroom located near the laundry room that serves the two guest bedrooms. This bathroom features dual sinks as well as a combination shower tub with tiled storage nook and spray wand. The third guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. With gorgeous, vaulted ceilings, this guest bedroom offers two closets as well as a sitting bench. Make sure that you do not miss the spectacular sunrises, famous donuts at Britt's, Thursday night fireworks on the beach and quality time with your family making lifelong memories. The North Carolina Aquarium and the Fort Fisher historical site are great day time activities for everyone to enjoy. Catch a ferry ride over to Southport for the day for some great local dining options or spend the day hiking in the maritime forest of Carolina Beach State Park. It's locationwas great and convenient to the beach. The 3-star rating is due to the fact that I booked the property because it lists an elevator, which is what I searched for on VRBO given some elderly family staying with us. However, there is no elevator. I only found out there was no elevator when I happened to reach out to the rental company a week prior to arriving to confirm that the property has an elevator. Despite this, the property continues to list an elevator even weeks later. ##### Elio E.
