The location is close to the boardwalk, Tiki Bar, seasonal outdoor market, stores, aquarium, ferry and restaurants. There is something for everyone to enjoy! The property is within walking distance to the beach and a short drive from everything you may want to do. The property manager was easy to communicate with and could stop in quickly when an issue needed to be addressed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was quite and it was easy to relax. Cons: The cleanliness of the property could have been better. There was a thick layer of dust under the couch and on top of several surfaces throughout the property ( like picture frames and high surface areas. For most this would not be a big deal, but for someone who has severe allergies, this can cause breathing issues and should be addressed. There were also stains on the curtains that could have been cleaned before we arrived. Overall it is a nice place to stay at Carolina Beach. ##### Kelli H. The place was so neat and pretty much had everything we needed. Just a couple of FYI's, not sure if you are aware: the ice maker did not work, the chairs on the back deck looked a little scary for sitting, and the shower head on the main floor was leaking and running out of the shower onto the floor. The place was exactly as described and pictured. It was a quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the outdoor shower was private and convenient for getting all the sand off.
