Made for entertaining, this home features plenty of outdoor space, including an expansive rooftop deck with ocean views! Listen to the live music on Thursday nights playing from the tiki bar and watch the fireworks from the boardwalk without ever leaving your home! The Space: With over 2, 200 SF of living space indoors, this 3 level, contemporary home has plenty of room to spread out. On the main level, you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Take the elevator up to the second floor, which includes your primary bedroom with its ensuite bath complete with a double vanity and custom tiled shower. Also on this floor you will find your large, open concept living room and kitchen. Features include 9' ceilings, large windows, which pour in natural light. The kitchen features solid surface counters, a large island for extra seating and prep space and all stainless steel appliances. On the 3rd level, you have a 4th bedroom which can also be used as a flex room, office space or guest quarters, and a full bath. Also included on this level is a wet bar with a wine cooler. Listen to the ocean on your back screened in porch, which includes a custom daybed swing! Also included with this home is a garage with plenty of space to store your beach gear, a private outdoor shower and private fenced in back yard with updated hardscaping. Located on a quiet street, just minutes from everything CB has to offer! There is a ring security camera, at the entrance of this property Other Things to Note: There are security cameras covering the driveway and front door of the property. We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay Due to the wide-open floor plan of this three story home, 72 degrees is the lowest achievable indoor temperature, especially during the heat of summer. To prevent damage to the AC unit and maintain a uniform comfortable temperature throughout the house, the thermostats can not be set below 72 degrees. There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. I called a bit later with another issue and was helped immediately, which was so appreciated. The house was perfect for my family - we stayed for a few days while Raleigh was getting an ice storm. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, and internet allowed my husband and I to check emails/work during the day. It's a great property! ##### Skye T. In addition to the four bedrooms and multiple seating areas, there were also several outdoor areas where we enjoyed our day. The check in and out process was easy and the communication was prompt. The house was ready with fresh linens on the bed, towels and extra supplies. There were even beach chairs, a wagon and bikes to enjoy. Lovely home and would definitely rent again. ##### Jennifer P.
